With all those Cookies, candys, and chocolates, is your office becoming a really hard place to be? Are all your coworkers bringing in delicious treats cookies cakes and candies? There’s nothing I love more than Christmas treats, but let me tell you one thing is certain, it can blow the diet. For me at times it seemed easier to eat off the plate of cookies then pack my own lunch! The holidays are one of the best excuses to eat delicious treats however, in the long run, it won’t benefit us in any way.
Enter Chocolate Peppermint Pudding. There are few things I love more than chocolate. So, during the holidays a good chocolate peppermint fix can help satisfy the junky craving. The only thing I have to worry about is having my CNP Chocolate Pro Desert pudding and a little bit of peppermint oil. Yep, you read that right only two simple ingredients. (plus water or milk)
- CNP Pro Desert Chocolate
- Peppermint Oil (or Extract)
- 6oz Cold Water Or Milk
- Peppermint Stick
- Empty CNP Pro desert packet into small bowl. Add 1-2 drops Peppermint Oil to taste. Add in water or milk and mix with whisk or fork.
- Crush peppermint stick and top to mixture
